Description
Transform your lawn with Siempre Verde Fescue, a premium blend of turf-type tall fescues designed for the rugged conditions of El Paso and Las Cruces. Locally sourced and delivered fresh by Sod Shop El Paso, this tough, drought-resistant sod boasts a deep, dark green color that thrives under the Southwest sun. Perfect for high-traffic backyards, soccer fields, and pet-friendly spaces, Siempre Verde Fescue withstands kids, pets, and heavy use with rapid recovery and exceptional wear tolerance.
Engineered for minimal water usage, Siempre Verde is a sustainable choice for the arid climates of Southern New Mexico and West Texas, requiring less irrigation than traditional lawns. Its moderate shade tolerance suits areas with partial sun, while superior disease resistance ensures low maintenance and lasting vibrancy. Mow between 1″ and 3″ with a sharp rotary mower for a polished look, and water deeply but infrequently after the initial 10–14 days of daily soaking to a 3-inch depth. Fertilize with 0.1–0.5 pounds of nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. per growing month, avoiding hot months like July and August, and apply iron in summer for a rich green hue.
Choose Siempre Verde Fescue from Sod Shop El Paso, for a resilient, low-maintenance lawn that enhances curb appeal and supports active lifestyles.
